TOPIC: Expectations to Set with Hospice Providers
Khyla Inman, VP of Community Relations with Heartford Hospice will educate us on the necessary expectations to set with your hospice provider to ensure your facility stays in compliance and gives your residents and families the experience they deserve. Relationships with hospice providers play a large roll on the success of a facility.
The RCFE Association hosts owner & operator bi-weekly virtual meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 1:00PM-2:30PM. This is a time for our members to share tools, resources, and best practices. Members can expect to leave the meeting with ready-to-use information, ideas, and best practices that both challenge and inspire them.
