Topic: New resident onboarding best practices. Learn what members do for a new move-in from the time they collect the deposit to the actual move-in date.
This week’s meeting will be a break-out session format where we divide our members into smaller groups in private meeting rooms. Each group will have a facilitator and help lead the discussion. This is a time for our members to share and ask questions in more detail about the pre-selected topic. Following the break-out session all of the groups will come back together and the facilitator will share the best takeaways from the group’s discussion. This allows all of our members to get the best and most helpful information. ***YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CAMERA ON TO PARTICIPATE***
The RCFE Association hosts owner & operator bi-weekly virtual meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 1:00PM-2:30PM. This is a time for our members to share tools, resources, and best practices. Members can expect to leave the meeting with ready-to-use information, ideas, and best practices that both challenge and inspire them.
